Our Philosophy

Exercise is more than a means to a firmer butt and thinner thighs. As women, we are pulled in a thousand directions every day. We feel the pressures of work, family, society and our own drive to be more, do more and achieve more. But when we tune out the noise and push our body until our heart beats faster and cool air meets hard-earned sweat, all the distraction falls away and we take control of not just our body but our mind and life.

Every woman deserves to feel beautiful, powerful and ready to take on the world. That’s why we started Blue Surfer Girl, to create a line of athletic wear that enhances a woman’s body and inspires her to move and live freely. We give women an alternative to mass-produced athletic wear manufactured overseas where labor is cheap and quality comes second to profit.

All of our clothing is meticulously designed by our founder, Oksana, using premium, high-performance fabrics — many of which are custom created based on her vision and to her exact specifications. And, we partner with women entrepreneurs right here in America to manufacture our clothing and bring Oksana’s vision to life.

Because above all, we believe in the power of women and that we are better when we support one another — regardless of age, shape, nationality or background. We know firsthand that there’s no force greater than a woman on a mission.
